Happy New Year! I love to begin the new year with two things – creating an overview of what I would love to accomplish and an energetic detox. Take 5 to 10 minutes to think about the last year and what you have accomplished and be grateful for each one of them. Please stay away from going into a downward spiral of what did not happen – that is not the focus of this exercise.
